These Terms & Conditions define your rights and obligations as a user of the Squirrel Pop website (www.squirrel-pop.com). We are Squirrel Pop, a US based  kombucha eCommerce website. We own and operate the Squirrel Pop website. By accessing the Squirrel Pop website, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms of Use as modified by us from time to time. The Squirrel Pop website offers Squirrel Pop kombucha products and services to customers in the U.S.A and Canada. It is directed only to those who access it from the U.S.A or Canada.

All content on Squirrel Pop website and the compilation of all such content is our property or the property of the content provider and protected by United States and international copyright laws. Reproduction in any way without express written permission from the content provider is strictly prohibited.

Limitation of Liability
Squirrel Pop is held harmless against the use of it's products. We do advocate for healthy and balanced lifestyles and food consumption.

If the goods you ordered are not available, we reserve the right to cancel the order. We will inform you of the cancelation at which point you may contact us to provide you with goods of a similar quality and specification and we’ll do our best to offer as best a deal as we can, this may include making up the difference with other products!

All in stock items shall be shipped within 72 hours of order receipt. Back ordered items shall be shipped upon availability of the item unless cancelled by customer prior to shipment. Please note Squirrel Pop reserves the right to cancel back ordered items not shipped within 30 days due to potential price volatility beyond the 30 day period.

Returns, refunds and replacements
Unauthorized returns will be refused without question. Squirrel Pop must be contacted within 7 days of original order receipt to initiate a return. You may return any unopened item within 7 days of receiving it for a full refund minus the original shipping charges. Returns must be received in the original brand new, unused, factory fresh condition with all packaging and components included with the Order number clearly marked on the outside of the box. We will only refund the cost of shipping if the return is a result of our error. We issue the refund or replacement once we receive the returned goods in proper condition.You must provide us with the order date and number, your name and a description of the product. We will issue to you a return authorization number. This number is valid for ten calendar days from the date we issue it. We will not accept any return without a return authorization number or with a number issued more than ten calendar days before you ship the returned product.
